I had comfortable stay, the place is attractive and nice!
I thoroughly enjoyed it, have never been in a better hotel. By and large, it was superb base for sightseeing in Yeovil, had much fun. Takeaway breakfast was something to remember. The location was perfect and convenient, adjacent to tourist attractions in the area, and the football ground.

Staff were super friendly. Bed was very comfortable!
Room was dated and a little scruffy but all cosmetic. As there were big gaps round the door it meant the room was quite cold and drafty. I read about the plug sockets in another review and dismissed it. However, there was only 1 we could really use near the bed.

It is within walking distance of everything needed in Yeovil. The staff were very friendly.
Lack of power sockets in the room. There were only two, one on a desk by the door and other powered the TV.

Adequate car park. Made to feel welcome. Price Ok and location suited us.
Rather tired looking and dated. We were in the motel type annexe. Venetian blinds do not give complete privacy when light in room is on.

Beautifully decorated function rooms, variety of local ales available, well-maintained outdoor areas
The lack of staff availability during late hours leads to feeling unsafe!!! An improvement in room maintenance is essential, as several fixtures and plumbing require urgent attention!!! It's quite disheartening when little things detract from a potentially enjoyable stay.
